GENERAL TERMS OF SALE - INDIVIDUALS



Booking guarantee:



Any booking must be confirmed by a credit card number with an expiry date, or by a deposit cheque equal to an overnight stay, deductible at the end of your visit.

A written confirmation is sent systematically when a deposit is made by cheque, but must be requested when guaranteeing a booking by credit card.

In the context of a company contract, a confirmation fax with the company address and phone numbers will be required.

Cancellation terms



When a cancellation is made within the 48 hours prior to the date of arrival,
the establishment reserves the right to keep the full deposit (the sum of one night).

Arrival/departure



On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 2.00 p.m. For any arrival before 2.00 p.m., please call the hotel to arrange it. Rooms must be vacated by 11.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Any booking is maintained until 6.00 p.m. Please warn us
if you think you will be arriving late..

If you are staying for a long time, you will be presented with an invoice every 7 days.

Pets

 


Pets are allowed. You are responsible for the good behaviour of your pet,
which must be kept on a lead, both inside and out.

You will be required to pay for any damage for which you are responsible.
An additional charge of 7 euros per night and per pet is applied to the room rate.

Groups

 

For any request for more than 10 rooms, we will give you a quote. Car Park

Parking

 


A large car park with 40 spaces is available to you free of charge.
It is part of the hotel property and is located just in front of the entrance.
It is closed at night and strictly reserved for our hotel customers.

Payment



The following payment methods are accepted:

- Cash
- Cheques (with passport)
- Credit cards: Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard, American Express, Diners, JCB
- Cofinoga Card
- Chèques vacances (Holiday cheques)
- Travellers cheques


. GROUPS/SEMINARS



Booking terms



For each group booking request, we will send our proposed offer by fax,
or post, specifying the dates concerned.

To confirm the booking, please send us your agreement by return of e-mail,
fax or post, as well as a confirmation of your dates and the exact number of rooms.

Payment terms



One month before the arrival of the group, you will receive our pro forma
invoice for payment of a deposit of 80%,
the balance to be paid with the final invoice.
For any late or specific requests, the hotel reserves the right to request
the entire sum of the stay before the arrival of the group.

Cancellation terms



In the case of your cancellation, whatever the reasons:

More than 30 days before arrival: no fees will be charged
Less than 30 days before arrival, 80% of the sum of the stay.
